Room was fine. The buffet was not so good. Croissants were very stale. The potatoes were dry and hard. The bacon was like beef jerky and the scrambled eggs were so old that there was a brown crust on them. The sausages were not hot. By time I sat down after getting the sausage last, it was cool in the center.

Front desk was lovely and courteous. Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Will stay here again!

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

Front desk staff were amazing. Housekeeping too! Spa was delightful.
